  1. Michael Price says:

I collected a 6120w 1957 from Pete around 6 weeks ago and I am delighted! I have wanted this model since I was a kid and watched Eddie Cochran when he toured the UK prior to his untimely death in Chippenham wilts. The P90 is a great mellow sound especially for rythem guitar, while the Dyna – Sonic really cuts through when playing lead. I use a Fender Blues Junior valve amp which is a great match.
The guitar was well set up and ready to go with 12gauge strings which I later changed for 9s. I still have a tuning problem which I am sure will bed in after awhile, although the guitar is fitted with Grover V98G Sta-Tite tuners which I am not too sure about?
Just one small issue is  the spring in the Bigsby is too high which makes the arm a little too high for me, a small issue as I said for this fabulous guitar.
Thanks Pete for all your help!

    Mike Price.
