"The Gretsch model we wanted was out of stock, but The Guitar Grotto were able to source one for us. This took a little over a week to arrive: the Grotto kept us informed of the guitar's progress through Customs, checked and set up the guitar on arrival, and sent it out to us for next day delivery. Hi Pete,

The guitar arrived today, thank you for the prompt delivery. I am very impressed with the overall finish, although this is first impressions as it has only just arrived, but I see no reason why this will not transfer into a permanent assessment.

I would also like to remark on the way this instrument was packaged. I have bought several guitars through the post. None have been packed as well as the Gretsch.

Looking forward, I am interested in a Fender Telecaster – G E Smith model. Would you be interested in quoting me a price for one of these guitars?

Just to let you know, that the guitar arrived this morning at my office. What a looker !!!!! No photo on the internet can do justice to the colour and finish of this instrument when you slowly open the case….

The guitar arrived this morning in perfect condition and IT IS BEAUTIFUL!

I am waiting her to settle down a bit and then I will change the strings to .11 set. Factory default is ok, but they are a tad slinky to me and the way I play.
